Delivery

Please note we only supply UK mainland and Scottish Islands where normal postage rates apply.

We aim to dispatch items within 2 working days by Royal Mail or Parcelforce for larger items. If an item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss options.

Normally 48 hour services are used, however we are not liable for any delays caused by events outwith our control.

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and start at £2.95.

For larger items such as furniture, delivery charges within Edinburgh are as follows.

One person delivery £10

Two person delivery £25

These deliveries are made using our own van and staff.

Deliveries outwith Edinburgh are priced according to distance, so please call us on 0131 447 2179 or email info@studioonefurniture.co.uk to discuss. 

Returns 

For orders placed on our website: Studio One Furniture will refund or exchange any item found to be unsuitable within 14 days of purchase provided the item is returned at the buyers expense in the original packaging, in a saleable condition. Please provide proof of postage with the returned item as we cannot be liable for any item lost in transit. Postage will only be refunded if an item is found to have been defective.

For items purchased in our store: We would ask customers who wish to return their purchases to do so within 7 days if they expect a refund to be issued. For items returned after 7 days and up to a maximum of 28 days an exchange can be made, or failing that, a credit note will be issued.
